LIGHT ROAST
ight roast coffee is known for its bright, fruity, and floral flavors with higher acidity and a lighter body. It's roasted the shortest, which preserves the bean’s original characteristics, making it ideal for pour-overs, AeroPress, and other manual brewing methods that highlight delicate origin notes.
MEDIUM ROASTS
